A STORY TALE HOTEL

I am an ambitious person, which has been working in different countries and environments in the hospitality industry. In this period of time I have learned a lot about this industry and now I am ready to take a step and have my own story tale hotel ( one that you will always remember). I want to turn it into a place where employees feel appreciate, and where they will show that by the way the guest feels as soon as they walk in. I want to turn this hotel into a real gem, where our guest feel appreciated, and where they create unforgettable memories.Whether future guests will come for business or for leisure this hotel will be their first choice. I am dreaming about opening it in Bucharest, but at the right time, when I will have the funds I need I will have to see where is the more appropriate place to do this. I already have my eyes set on few historical buildings, but we will have to see which one I will afford. Bucharest is a magnificent city, with a lot of history, beautiful surroundings and lovely people. It is the capital of Romania, a country that looks like a fish when you're looking at its map, but it has all the land forms.You can go from Bucharest to the mountains - 2 h driving, from Bucharest to the sea - 3 h driving, from Bucharest to the Danube Delta - 4-5 h driving. Bucharest has a lot of historical buildings , a Botanical Garden, a lot of museums ( “Grigore Antipa” National Museum of Natural History , Village Museum, National History Museum, National Museum of Geology, The Romanian Peasant Museum, etc ), it also has a lot of beautiful parks where you can take a walk, go biking or perform other sport activities, or you can take a boat ride. Are you in for a fun night ? Bucharest can offer that too, there are pubs, bars, and clubs all over Bucharest , it doesn't matter if you want Latino, Disco, Rock, R&B, POP, there are all types of clubs where you can go.

Due to an overall increase in overnight stays, the occupancy rate improved over the last seven years, reaching 75.1%. The Average Daily Rate (ADR) fluctuated quite a bit in recent years. It suffered a decline of 3.8% up until 2014, but has subsequently seen a strong recovery, reaching 79.8€ last year. The Revenue Per Available Room (RevPAR) has been highly occupancy driven, improving continuously in the last 7 years.

I am ready for this challenge, and I am passionate about this, I have a dream, and I am ready to make it a reality.
