A step towards my career

Hello, thank you for taking the time to visit my fundraising page.

My name is Manoj, and I am a theatre student from a beautiful small country, Nepal. It has always been my passion to be a professional theatre artist because I believe drama/play can offer a real means to bring about social change.

Earlier this year, I had a privilege to perform in a play directed by French director, Maxime Sechaud in Sarwanam Theatre. Being impressed with my performance and acting, he has invited me to take part in Big Win 2 project in France happening this August 2019.

Big Win 2 is International theatre Project where actors and directors from different countries ( India, Hongkong, China, Uganda, Nepal, Germany, France, England, Palestine) collaborate, rehearse and perform on an issue together which will be for about 6 weeks and this continues for 3 years.

This is a big opportunity for me to develop my artistic skills and knowledge by working with other people from around the world and gaining international exposure and experience. I aim to then come home and share this knowledge with my friends and other artists, so that together through street theatre, we can raise our joint voices against social problems that have been deeply rooted in Nepalese society.

I need your help . So that I can join the other artists in making this dream a reality, I must fundraise £1000 to cover my travel expenses.

Any amount, no matter how small would make a real impact for me in reaching this goal, and I am deeply grateful for any contributions.
