A Startup (Sinetek) need help

Hi, I am Aupu (www.mdaupu.com) from Bangladesh. I am an Electronics Engineer. I have a dream for my country and I have been working hard to achieve it.

My Dream:
In Bangladesh job opportunity is extremely low. Fortunately I got job and I have been doing full time job for more than four years. But instead of doing job I want to build an electronics product manufacturing company to increase job opportunities in my country.

What I have done to achieve my goal:
‌ I have designed some consumer products and I have been designing more products. ‌I have started an online shop in January 2018. I have been selling my products in my website (www.sinetek.xyz) and also in another marketplace and logistics company.(www.daraz.com).

My limitations:
I don't have sufficient money and man power for mass production. Right now I have only two employee who helps me to make the products. So now I can sell less than 200 products per month.

My next steps:
‌I want to quiet my current job so that I can give full time in business.
‌If I get some fund I will hire more employees for mass production and marketing.
‌Based on my experience I believe if I can start Mass production I will be able to get some good profit. Than I can hire more employees to develop more products and to increase production and marketing.

Without fund I can't go forward to full fill my dream. Please help me.
