A startup for my dream business

I am a 21 years old boy norn in a poor contry with little opportunities. Since 3 years i am trying to create my own bussines. Last summer I wanted to open a campground with tents but I didnt succeded. Later I tried to sell online products but still i failed. This summer I am gonna try and buy some bikes and rent them at my city. It would be very helpful for me if you could create a "partnership" with me by funding my plans.
