A single mother needs help with housing

I am a single mother of two beautiful kids Alhamdulillah. I live in a very outdated house which is not in the best of conditions. It can get very cold particularly at night. As for myself I can somewhat bare the condition. However my children are small and they are my upmost priority, some days I can see it in there faces at night tucking themselves in a hope of feeling a bit more warm. Therefore this is one of the reasons in which I would like to relocate and move Insha' Allah. This requires money for moving and a housing deposit. As well as buying household goods/items such as a cooker, pots, dishes, carpets and a bed for me and my children etc. In this circumstance I have nobody other then Allah. And I hope there is good brothers and sisters who are willing to help me Bithnillah.
