A Secure Home For My Boys

I am in need of a new place to call home for myself and my 2 dogs.

The home we have been in for 5yrs is being sold and we are forced to move.

I have been unable to find A home that will accept my boys 1 is 10yrs old and 1 is 5yrs old, finding new homes for the boys is not a option pets are for life

So out of curiosity looked at homes for sale and found there are many very affordable homes for sale in the city,Im just looking for a small duplex, but I unfortunately do not have a downpayment.

I don't have family to help out and dont want to over extend and end up falling behind ,I'm so stressed wondering what i'm going to do as time is running out.

Any ammount you feel you can spare would help me toward my goal and would be so much appreciated.
