Back in Syria I lost my legs, I lost my daughters, I lost house, my family and with it my hopes of living. Today I was reborn with the hope of walking again. Thanks to your support I will be able to have a prosthesis that will allow me to start over again and be useful to this great nation, I love U.S.
Thanks to this humanitarian fund note that "Oscar" (my angel) wrote to his military friends, asking them for support ... that same note was the one that gave me the strength to start my own campaign, without shame anymore:
"During my military service, on my last trip I met Sara, who is the love of my life now. Sara is exiled from Syria, and now we live together in San Jose, CA. I met Sara in a refugee camp in Médecins sans Frontières, without hope, exhausted and disappointed by the recent loss of her two daughters of 4 and 6 years old. Fortunately, the only thing that kept her alive was a photograph of her daughters that she held with her hands. Now she want to start again in our great country America, be useful and productive. And this is the great opportunity for her to give our country the best that she can offer!
Be proud of supporting a great cause.
Special Thanks to Boyle Heights Ca. Community and Ma. Helena Madrigal Alvarez who has been very supportive, all the printed material, pamphlets, online campaigns and money management thanks to her, since I still do not have bank accounts, she is the one who has supported me honestly from the beginning :)
