Campaign Story
Novel: Healer 32
I believe that art has the ability to motivate society and I am asking for your help so I can afford to pay my bills and complete my novel. If you help me achieve my dream, I will pay it forward by funding another persons goal when I am done. I have faith that I can contribute to the world in a postive way by expressing hope in my novel. Thank you for your time. Namaste :-)
Early Life
Dylan Schwartz was born in the original Hollywood city of Ithaca, New York. She comes from a family of science/cyberpunk fiction lovers, artists, activists and architects and had a lizard named point. Dylan studied philosophy and meditation at the Dalai Lama’s Namgyal Monastery and has both written and taught mindfulness classes to a variety of audiences. She composed her first classical piano piece at the age of 10 and her first movie outline at the age of 12, both unpublished.
Professional
Dylan is a clinical psychologist, professional poet/blogger and finds humor in the fact that Siri calls her “Seeker.” She is published in areas of complex problem solving including the exploration of motivational factors that promote positive change and has concluded that we can make our dreams become a reality. Dylan embraces mindfulness in all areas of life and believes that once we have initiated our own acknowledgement that positive change can and will occur, we can allow ourselves to experience our own inner bliss. It is when we develop our own hero ability that we can start actualizing our potential.
Dylan believes that love is complicated, writing is an honor and cares about:
Money (for art, not slavery)
End human suffering
Civil rights and Social Action
Healing (mindfulness)
The earth (grow gardens, hemp)
A better way to be (ordinary people being leaders [govt. for the people]
Getting out of the matrix (or not)
Making the impossible, possible (time-travel)
Everything else (working on it)
To be human is to contradict oneself. We are all aliens on this planet trying to figure this life thing out.
I remember walking to the grocery store with my mother and thinking “I am alive; I am really alive. “
God is in the writing and the language is the key to our success.
