A rare breed of cat

We have a cat breed - Bombay 1 year and 4 months. Bombay are a type of shorthaired cats developed by breeding sable Burmese and black American shorthair cats. The cat is very beautiful with a sleek, tight black coat. To us brought her from another country as a gift. Now it's time to decide what to do to propagate or neutered. The problem is that in Latvia there  is no such breeds. Very sorry if what breed will not be the offspring. If we resumed the need to go with the cat to another country where is such breeds related costs. Would love to cat felt a sense of moutherhood. X X X X X X
