A poor student needs help for post-graduate education

My very younger brother, Limon, is a meritorious student. He earned a bachelor's degree in 2016. His father's family died due to a shortage of his family. He was responsible for the upbringing of his family. In this situation, he could not have the post-graduate education. I do not have the ability to help him even on my own behalf. In the absence of a meritorious educational fund like this, thus depriving the scope of education
