A place to my mother

Hi, I'm a brazilian that have a dream that is buy a house to my mother. My mother lived by 30 years in a terrible place named "Complexo da Mare" in Rio de Janeiro, among a violent neighbourwood, we join some money and rent a house far away of that place. Now with 61 years and no strong and health to work and tired of such agony, she is retired by the age required, and winning just the National Minimum Wage, that is just €246,10. My father was a truck driver for a entreprise, ending his work and asking retirement by the required 35 years of services, winning now €370,71 after 3 years of retirement. We pay a rent of €321,00 plus energy, water. Many are the drugs that she need for the Glaucoma and Cataract eye, almost losing the sight of 1 eye. Me and my sister are helping as we can with this fight against the time, but the rent is rising and the drugs price too. So I have the idea of get funds to give her own house, a peacefully place far away from the noises of the city. If you can help with something, God will aways remember your act.
