A pc that i never had

Hello all, i never had a real good pc, nor medium nor low end. Actually i have something really old and basic that i care as much i can, but soon it will abbandon me since the random on/off that it does. I tried to buy something from ebay but the seller just scammed me...i just remained bad and i can't afford for anything. I would really like to have something "new" (not really new but something a bit better that what i have). I suppose that maybe some of you had a dedicated graphic card, right? well, me never (not a single graphic card except the integrated). I hope that you understand how i feel...Can you help me? Thanks in advance for all people that will help me, i will really appreciate a lot.
