A Niche Website Designing and Flipping Business

I am stay at home dad of 2 beautiful girls looking to build and flip Niche sites. I need $3000  to invest into a custom designed script to accomplish this.

Niche sites are sites built around keywords (acne, anti aging, SEO) whatever keyword you want. some keywords pay better than others. you do research to see what keywords to build a niche on. you can also take the niche out another level such as "best thai food in chicago" instead of say just restaurants. The possibilities are endless considering the celeb market is TOTALLY untapped.

To explain a niche site i must show/explain you 3 types of current niche sites + the way i want to go.

1) the old crappy niche site. these sites just have a whole bunch of stale articles from years ago along with adsense and amazon ads but they still get clicks cause of the keywords and indexing in google. (http://acupunctureinformation.productiveinformation.com/)

2) more modern niche site with look and feel. still no auto updated of articles or content but pages that come with them do index in google and make money on clicks. (http://www.scholarshiphispanic.com/)

3) modern design and feel. this is the way people are going now because these sites will auto update the content automatically leaving the possibilities endless. I really don't have an example because the approach is taken numerous ways all of which are great till you see my way

MY WAY - would basically be example 3 in function that is auto-updates but the way we would do it makes it simple. we have a totally state of the art blog that auto-updates that can be created in less than 5 minutes and resold at a minumin of $25 in a website auction.

anyone of these sites or ANY keyword(s) site can be built and setup in less than 5 minutes. Hundreds of these sites could be created in a day with the simple use of a script and resold on flippa.com

not to mention you can sell one wine site on flippa on a url and turn around and sell it again on flippa on a different url immediately. The opurtunities are ENDLESS. amazing sites in any keyword build in second and sold on auction with a pretty solid guarantee of $25 a blog all the way to 300 or 400 hundred as flippa is an auction.

the script to do this would cost $3000 (creates the blogs and sets them up) I already own the hosting account(s) needed to run the script. This is a CUSTOM designed script that has never been resold to anyone. We along with the developer at this time would be the only ones running the script with no current plans to sell it to anyone else. also there are plenty of scripts that will create blogs that is true but none to this degree and as fast. to build a website of the quality we will build even with other scripts would take literally hours.

seller is including in the sale the custom designed theme needed for the niche sites and ALL premium wordpress plugins needed to run sites included in the price. total value on plugins is $1000 with theme at around $250.
