Campaign Story
My name is John Patrick Fojas-Villanueva Cometa, I am 20 yrs old and was diagnosed with Chronic Kidney Disease Stage 5 last July 2018. It was just 2 months and I feel that my body is getting weaker as the day passes by. Even I know that I am sick, I still go to school to finish my studies as I will be graduating next year. I started to have my weekly check up which already cost us a big amount (medicines, laboratory tests, doctors fee). And just recently, as I am heading to the hospital, Philippine General Hospital to have my check up, unfortunately, I passed out infornt of many people due to the weakness I felt inside my body. The doctor asked me to have an emergency dialysis (hemodialysis) which I really needed to save my life for the meantime and a Kidney Transplant to continue a normal life. I am here to ask for help to continue my medication, my dialysis for now and my future kidney transplant. Any amount will do and will be a big help for my life. In advance, I would like to thank you for giving me the chance to continue this precious life.
