A new beginning tested

Dear Friends

My name is Rebekah Stephenson. I am 17 years old and live in Cape Town South Africa. I am presently completing my final year in high school.

In September 2016 I read an article in our local newspaper about the International Arts Talent Showcase and decided to audition. I sung a local musician's song and received a callback to audition for American talent scout Kim Myers at the showcase which was held on the 7 Octobet 2016 in Krugersdorp, Gauteng. On the 9 October I received a call inviting me to ARTS 2017 to be held in Orlando, Florida.

Attending ARTS 2017 gives me the opportunity to perform for International Agents and to compete for scholarships at the New York Film Academy.

Performing Arts is my passion and I would love the opportunity to continue my education at the NYFA and one day pass on my passion to others in Musical Theater and through education.
