A mother of 2 who has Mental Disorder

I am Rizalene Maunes 33 years old from Cebu City. I have two beautiful children and one coming in November. One year ago I was diagnosed with Anxiety and Panic Disorder. Living with panic disorder is never easy. Constanstly feeling fear everyday. I am also asthmatic since birth. Two weeks ago, I nearly died. I thought I was having a bad asthma attack that led me to collapsed and seizured. I have no pulse for a few minutes and rushed to the hospital. My findings was not due to asthma but because of Hyperventilation Syndrome to Generalized Anxiety Disorder. I'm currently struggling to buy my medications and my rent was delayed two months now. My partner and father of my children is a minimum wage employee. He has a house but was abandoned 3years ago and needs renovation since it was built in the 80s. I am making this fundraising cause maybe someone out there will be able to help us, repair our home.
