Hi, I'm Anice Nicole Lucrida and I am writing to you on behalf of my mom who recently had undergone surgery for her breast cancer.

My mother is a very joyful person, she always laughs even in the smallest of things.

I took this picture when I surprised her for her birthday and I want to see her smile and be this happy for many more years to come.
Let me tell you something about our life and how my mother helped us get through even the most difficult of times.

My mother is a widow, my dad had passed away when I was 5 years old and she has always been there to support us even by herself.
She works hard every day, 6 days a week 12 hours a day so we can just live through day by day.
Me and my sister go to school and we only rent an apartment but she always finds a way to support both of us in our needs.
.

She's the kind of mother who fully supports her children even if we are experiencing struggles. She doesn't give us difficult expectations but she completely accepts us for who we are and what we can or can not do.

Her condition started about 3 and a half years ago we noticed a lump forming around her breast. I've always told her to go to the doctor to have it checked out to see why it's been like that but she never goes to the doctor because she always say that we don't have enough money and she would rather use it for our school and our every day needs.

Time has passed, and the lump started getting bigger and bigger. Then she would also feel pain around that area. We never had the chance to go to the doctor due to lack of money.

Even during this time that she's in pain she still goes to work every day until this year where her condition has worsened she has been feeling very weak and we started asking for help with our relatives and through the government, so we could have her checked up.

When her diagnosis came after weeks later our world was crushed because she already has stage 4 breast cancer with lymphoma. The cancer has spread out and affected other parts of her body.
Due to her condition, she had to stop working and we no longer have any resources to support us on our daily needs.

We continued asking for help from people and our relatives so we can proceed with her operation.

Even after the operation, there are still cancer cells left throughout her body and the doctor required for a chemotherapy to remove the remaining cancer cells. The doctor said she needs 12 sessions of chemotherapy to completely remove the cancer.

It really breaks my heart seeing my mother in this state after her surgery because she has always been joyful and happy. Because I am used to seeing my mother being happy but at this time she can't even move or speak.

Even after she had undergone her breast surgery and hasn't fully recovered she went to my sister's performance in a dance competition.
Even if she is feeling very weak she still supported my sister during that time and is applauding her.

Now it's been a month since her operation and we are not able to proceed with her chemotherapy session. Since she stopped working after her surgery all our daily expenses just come from those who helped us and we are struggling to just live out everyday.

We are begging for your help to extend the life of my mom, I don't want her to die. I want to see her smile and to feel her hug and her support.

I want to give her a good life and to accomplish my dreams with her. I want her to go to beautiful places where she doesn't need to stress out over money. Since our father had died when I was 5 years old she has been working all her life. There's only 1 more year until I graduate from college and I will be doing everything I can so she would no longer need to work anymore.
I love my mother very much and I am willing to give her everything so she can live out her life.
