A mechanic workshop for the less fortunate

Iv found the perfect location for a mechanic shop that can help put young, miss fortunate mechanics to use, the idea is to train and give experience so that the mechanic can move onto a better position later on in their career.

Its a simple idea, but requires equipment and capital to start up.
