They need a little Help !

Dear friends,
I am writing concerning my plans for the winter and to ask for your assistance. As you may know, unfortunately, snow this year is falling in the north and middle side of Tunisia, especially, in the poorest areas (North and middle west), resulting to dangerous conditions for many families, threatening seriously their lives anytime the temperature goes down. Our group, led by myself, will be volunteering at collecting used blankets, warm clothes and other amenities during the next month from people I know personally but then to ship what we would collect needs extra money by specialized companies who would carry everything to the affected families during this cold winter. As you can imagine, the cost of such an important project is quite high. A 40 ft container alone to ship overseas is almost €400. Lodging is another €400, and extra transpoirt costs will total around €200. I've been trying to raise as much of €6000 as possible. I have earned around €200 of donations from friends and family members and continuing to look for odd ways to help with the cost. In addition to the cost of shipping, any additional money raised can be used to help fund projects at both the schools and homes to make better conditions to support winter for the affected areas. A donation of 10 Euros can help bying plastic winter boots for one kid so he can go to school. Please consider making a donation to help fund my project. You can send any amount you want. Please think about the families who have no income and might freeze to death because they cant heat their homes or provide warm clothes to their childs.
