A little hope for Peter

Hi guys!

I want to shine a little light of hope for my new buddy, Peter. I just saw him outside the gate of our compound, and he has this skin condition which I'm not sure of. His skin was hard (or it looks to be) and it's dry with cracks with some fresh wounds which I tried to apply a topical ointment, but I guess it's not working. He's still a little shy (or scared), but I'm giving him food and water regularly. I want to take him inside our compound but my landlady wouldn't allow it. She said if I will take him inside our very house, she will allow it. As much as I want to take, Peter inside our house, I'm quite concerned about his skin condition and I don't know if it's communicable or infectious. If it's only myself, I wouldn't be so worried, but we have a toddler, our son, Liam. So until I am sure, I can't take him with us inside yet. I want to take him to a vet but I don't have the funds to do so. I set him up a temporary place where he could sleep outside our compound's garage (like an open parking lot with roof). I really wanted to help this little fella so I would want to knock on your hearts and let us all help, Peter. I will be posting updates regularly on the progress that I'll be making. God bless us all!
