A little Help

It pains me to ask for help as most are facing hard times however we are desperate need.  My sister in law & 3 kids just moved out after a year and half living with us, after which I had to have surgery. A month later of returning to work I was injured on the job...needless to say we have exhausted everything and still unable to make it thru the week.  I've been laid up for over 6 weeks and cannot even get up to help with the dishes.  

We have 3 children and my wife is the only one working at this time.  Despite every attempt we find ourselves still behind.  We are not a lavish family, very simple people that pride ourselves on taking care of eachother....unfortunately I've not been able to do my share for my family.  There have been many a sad day when we pick between paying the utilities or buy groceries.  At this point the doctors are saying another 4-6 weeks off my feet.  So with a heavy heart I'm posting this with the greatest of appreciation for anything.
