A little help please

I'll keep it short and hopefully sweet. I am working on a webpage and book in the area of autoimmune conditions. I have been working on these projects for months. My laptop is on its last leg. Every day I thank it for not crashing, seriously. Normally I would work more hours to acquire the funds I need to purchase the laptop myself. However, due to my health related restrictions, I am not able to do so. Though there is no cure for many of these conditions and syndromes, having a community and a sense of being understood can be a powerful therapy. This is my way of tapping into that and giving back.
