A little help for People with Mental health Issues in Manila

Hi, I am Pat Francisco, Psychology graduate currently residing here in Dubai and planning to go back to Philippines for short vacation on April 2019. I am planning to buy some food, clothes, electric fan, etc. for the patients inside local/public mental health institutions.

In my country, government officials are not allotting enough budget for them. Every time I am visiting patients inside public mental hospitals in Manila/Mandaluyong, I can see their struggles, not because of their illness, but also because of their surroundings. I want to bring happiness and put smile in their face.

Please help me to help them.
