A little help for my Papa Pablo

Dear friends,

This morning I asked from my father a 20-peso bill for my usual fare to the office and whenever he would have extra change, just like today, he would readily give me because I always ran out loose change. So it is with shock that an hour later he was rushed to the hospital. I'm finding the courage to write down these words despite the tears, fatigue & helplessness of what has been so far a dreadful day. My father is now undergoing a neurosurgery from what appears to be his second stroke. From what I saw and what was explained in the CT scan, it looks real bad, a portion of the bleeding affecting his breathing. The immediate thing to do is remove the blood. We don't know yet what will happen next. Seeing the initial downpayment alone was nauseating and we were able to pay only 70 of the 115k of it. Me and my OFW brother's savings will be used up with downpayment alone. My other sister who works with the government can only chip in with daily needs and I won't be receiving pay from my project-based work from the absences I will be incurring. Which is why I'm finding the courage and humility to start this humble fundraiser to alleviate the expenses. Please join me in praying that we're going to see this through.
