My main objective to use this platform, is to help my sister.

Because of me, my sister help me to pay up to SGD$2500 just because I wanted to take the easy way out to borrow money from loanshark but it turn to be a scam. Because I have a bank loan of SGD$3000++ with late payment, just because I was desperate and angry with the bank who do not care to help me out.

But my sister was the one to tell me 'do not running away from problems' and she wanted me to put the priority of clearing bank loan first.

So I pick up my courage to call the bank again but this time with 'I want to clear my loan in my mind'.

First, they ask me to call Credit Counselling Singapore. After that, call their back again.

So I call the Credit Counselling Singapore without head or tail what to said but just said that the bank ask me to call you. Make a appointment, went to the appointment to talk to them about my situation, plan out everything and thinking that everything will be ok.

The plan was paying SGD$250 per month in 2 year time because of my pay and I need to help my both parents. With my police report to show that I was scam.

But it turn out to be wasting my time...

It was not approve. Because SGD$250 cannot even cover my monthly penalty fee. I was been told by the bank I at least need to pay $300 to cover my monthly penalty fee just to keep myself "green" and if I can pay more is better.

But the worst scenario have just happen...

On a Friday 24 January 2020, Eve of Chinese new year. I receive a call from the bank and they told me that I must to do a payment of SGD$300 by that weekend.

What a news...

I told them that I don't have to money yet because I pay was not even out. But the bank just said that I must do this payment by this weekend. They cannot even push a few days back. I ended the call feeling very reluctant. But still I call back to ask is there any other way but the answer is still no. At that time I told the bank I was not able to do the payment and we ended the call again.

And finally I call in again the 3nd time which is the last time to ask what happen if I'm not able to do the payment?

And the answer is:

My account/case will be pass over to a 3-party company.

And I answer them that "I will do my best". And I ended the call.

I was able to do the payment of SGD$300 that weekend with a help from a friend. I did a follow up that coming week but it turn out that my account/case has be pass over to a 3-party company and the worst scenario is I have to pay more...

It become SGD$4000++

And that was before the pandemic..

'Owe Bank Money is the Worst... They don't keep to their words...

During the lock down, both of us have our pay cut but I'm still able to pay the bank every month SGD$300 (Penalty Fee) just to keep myself "green". With a big help from my sister.

The good news is on the May 2021, the 3-party company has help me to appeal to the bank because of the healthy payment I have been doing. I'm able to clear with SGD$367per month in 1 year to clear my loan.

But now, my main objective to use this platform, is to help my sister.

Because of me, she have use up all her investment plan money to help me out. And since then she have cover all my phone bill until now. I just want to try any things to help her out.

Please help, even a little goes a long way.
