A little can go a long way

I was diagnosed with Gullain Barre Syndrome in April 2019. It's a rare auto immune syndrome that attacks your nervous system causing paralysis. I was in ICU for a month and a half, surviving off the help of ventilators and feeding tubes. I was bound to a wheelchair for a few months. I wouldn't be alive if it wasn't for God and the wonderful medical team he sent me. Despite the fact that I have recovered almost 80% I still have hundreds of thousands of bills which I need to pay. I'm an unemployed 24 year old, where I'd get over a million rand is beyond me. However, with your help I could be able to reach my goal.
