A little boy’s dream treehouse

I should start by saying something about me.Firstly i'm sorry for my bad grammar. I am a 19 year old boy from Estonia. I am an engineering student of construction engineering for 5 days a week. I come from a loving but not very wealthy family. I have 2 youger sisters and a youger brother, 8 year old Toomas. The story is about me and Toomas. Toomas has always had a dream to build and have his own treehouse. Since last month our parents made a huge step closer to Toomas's dream and bought a land to build a house for the whole family. The building has already started but im gonna think it will take all our summer to just get the house box done and a roof over our heads. We are not hiring any help and doing everything by ourselves because our parents have saved just that much money to buy materials needed, although our father has very good skills and i think its not a problem to build a house by ourselves. Back to Toomas and his dream, since we have a land now Toomas and our father went and picked a spot for the treehouse, Toomas has made skeches how the treehouse sould look and i have made some calculations to make this treehouse hold on for 20 years or more. Plan is to build a treehouse in which our children could play too. Wooden materials are we getting from the local sawmill for 20% price form the original, aditionally we need screws, nails, windows, something to put on the roof that it holds wind and snow. So i had and idea, ive head of fundraising from my school where they raised a project for charity. This fundraising is a little charity project too and i hope that it will get answered and funded too. I am trying hard to collect some money but its not very easy if you attend school 5 days a week. However, we have a little collected aside for the project ourselves. Help me build a dream treehouse for my super-awesome brother :) Im gonna add some pictures of the land and me and toomas.
