A little angel called JADE

I asked our son to throw some garbage outside, but in to my surprise he hurriedly came home shouting, "Mom! Mom!, there's a baby in the garbage can outside"
I was dubious for a few seconds. (Is he joking me?) And reluctant at the same time, as to "Huh? Why me?"
But i follow his lead afterwards.
I had goosebumps all over me. As i see a baby with umbilical cord, still attached, lying in the carton (with plastic, shampoo wrapper and a little dirt.)
What to do?
I picked up the baby and held her in my arms. She's cold.
She needs a blanket, i told my son to get one.
The first thing that came to my mind, was to bring the baby to the nearest hospital. But my car was coding today... Nevertheless, i drove the baby to the hospital. Fast.
I was trembling/ nervous/ panicky.
While driving. I thought a lot of things, "Why me? Why did her parents do this? Where are they? Will the baby make it ?
And yes, we made it to the ER.
Doctors took charge.
Police came. People from Dswd came.

To the parents of this baby...
It broke my heart to see your baby in such condition. We, ( bryan and i) as a couple had a hard time conceiving. I had 7 pregnancies. 5 of them i miscarry ( 1 twin ) only 2 make it to full term ( not really fullterm, 36w5d) bea and ben.
We invest/ exert/ spend a lot of time, money and tears just to have a baby.

And yours? You just threw away...

But I dont judge you. You have your own reasons for doing such. Just in case you conceive again, please dont throw an Angel.

If ever you had a change of heart, your baby is at Valenzuela General Hospital.

They call her, Baby Jade.

She was seen inside the garbage can
at Jade Garden townhomes, Marulas, Valenzuela.

The doctors said she needs to undergo cranial utz. They are suspecting cranial hemorrhage. (maybe due to the way the baby was thrown inside the garbage can). Doctors said Baby Jade has less than 50% chance of surviving. As she is comatose.

The Doctors at Valenzuela General Hospital will do everything to save the baby.
When she's stable, Social Workers will find a shelter for her to stay.

I will give all the money/ funds that will be raised to that Shelter.

Let us all pray that Baby Jade will survive this tragedy, that she may have the chance to experience how good life is. Thank you and God Bless!
