Urgent Need For My Impaired Dad To Get A Lift

Hi, my name is Jake.

My Father was not long ago diagnosed with a genetic disease which rendered his muscles weaker which severely affected his health as he can no longer do things that he was able to.
My family and I are trying to get him a lift in order to help him get around the house as the problem also affected his legs which makes it really hard for him to climb stairs and it would be nice to see him get around with him suffering and since the disease is genetic I am at risk of also having the same condition which may also render me required to use the lift.
The cost of the lift is around 18000 euro which is something we cannot afford right now as the cost to maintain the family of five is high and my dad is the only working parent as my mother has to take care of my younger brother.
The sooner we get the funds the better it would be in order to help him suffer less and help him live his life a bit more comfortably.
