A Laptop for College

My Story: I left my life in Brasil and moved to Germany almost two years ago 8 and changed my life. I have spent most of my time here learning german and since October I am an enrolled student at the University of Düsseldorf, studying Business (in german).

What I need: Since the start of classes I have been using my brothers iPad and it is a huge help, but I have been missing since day one all the benefits of having an actual laptop. I live more than an hour and a half away (on good days) by train from my University and I always try to use this time to study. Lately I've just felt the barrier that it can be to make school work on paper when all my assignments come in slides (Not to mention: I feel like the biggest nature killer when I print out all my slides). And this time on the train could be much more useful on a laptop. Much more work would get done. Add on the fact that yes, school has computers you can work on, but if I stay there studying until 8pm, I only get home at 10:30pm or later, and sometimes there aren't buses left, so I have to walk home on 0 Degrees weather.

Why I need it: I have very little money, I have already gotten the available student loans, but I live a simple life with a small apartment and it's just barely enough to pay rent and make a living and this is something that I have felt that I really need to achieve my goal to graduate college and be able to eventually, give back.

Any help, is help. I would use the money to buy a new laptop (I'm afraid a used one might not be in true good conditions, and I need it to last me all my college years), a sleeve, a waterproof backpack (mine isn't and it rains a LOT here), small accessories and an insurance. In addition, it is not shown here but about 10% of the total amount will be spent on fees and charges.
