A Landlord With A Heart

Jon is the best landlord in the world! Last year, due to complications from having a kidney transplant, I was hospitalized and my husband was laid off from his job. Not to mention that my first day back to work, I was rear ended and could not work for months. Jon was so understanding and never pressured to pay more than we could for rent. He was our cheerleader. Jon has done this for so many people that he is not able to make the upgrades to his property that's needed. He's had to finally raise the rent, and people are bailing, but he never bails on anyone. The condo's and storefronts are located in an exclusive neighborhood. We hate to see someone and their family suffer for helping people out. We would like to give him the gift of not worrying about his bills or family like he allowed us to, and send the message that it does pay to help others. Shhhhh.... this is a surprise for Jon that we will reveal on the last day of this month (5/31) as several units open up including ours. Let's show him that kindness does pay and help him with the maintain one of the best properties in Charlotte (Ballantyne).
