Thousand miles : A journey of love

Hi, my name is Christine Purbosari Gimbe. I'm a married woman,I am 37 years old. I'm an Indonesian.I met and got married to my husband Temple Gimbe last year in Ukraine. My husband is African man.He was a medical student in Ukraine. We took our vows at the church in Kyiv-Ukraine. Actually we wanted to legalize our marriage in court,but something happened that hindered that. I had problems with my documents so I was asked to go back to my country and and redo documents.My husband graduated from school and went back to his country Nigeria. I'm working as a volunteer teacher in state elementary school in Indonesia with USD $20/month payment.

I and my Husband needs to meet up and legalize our marriage, so we have legal document and continue as husband and wife, But we don't have money to process my documents nor the legal process.The cost is so high for visa, flight ticket and the processing of other documents. My husband got a job in a very small clinic in a small village with low payment. We need to process our marriage in Nigeria, because of the crisis in Indonesia. His country is one of the restricted country to my country thereby making his visit to my country difficult because he needs guarantee and approval from my government. And again our family members are all there in Nigeria and am left alone here in Indonesia. Our old Mum can't wait to see me.

I'm so worry about our condition. Because doing long distance relationship in a marriage is not easy and not advisable at all. Challenges and problems compelled me to crave your indulgence. We need to save our marriage and continue our lives. Please if you can help us. I will be grateful. May God bless your effort.
