A house

So, I have a wife and a doughter (and one more on the way :) ). We are a happy family, but we are living in a leased apartment for some years now. We just want a place of our own but apartments or houses are fairly expensive. So, if you could help us to raise some money we would be very greatful. Cause I want my kids to be able to go to collage, and not be in debt for 30-40 years just to buy a house. All we need is 30.000 €. Thank you all... :)
