A Home for the Holidays

Hi there! My name is Jessica, and I have been married to my wonderful husband Jon for almost 4 years now. We are very happy, and have decided we want to settle down, and start a family. Because of his job, we've had to move around a bit, but now everything is stable and we were looking to buy a home. We found the most perfect place, and signed the contract. Then we were hit in the face by our closing costs. It's about 3000 more than we were quoted, and its a bit too late to back out. We would've been able to save most of that extra already, had we known we'd need it. Our closing date is the 19th of Dec, and I was just hoping that someone out there might help us out. It would make for an amazing Christmas. Anything would help. I mean, in this case $20 could make or break us. We've exhausted our savings and are living on credit cards (that we've spent all year paying off) to try to make up the difference so, at this point, theres no harm in asking. Please, help us buy our first home!
