Campaign Story
Helping hands bring sunshine. Please help us bring sunshine to Mamita.
After being in the hospital for almost 30 days now, from the Emergency Room to the Intensive Care Unit to the Operating Room to the Cardiac Catherization Laboratory and now back to the Intensive Care Unit, Mamita received the devastating diagnosis of Stage 2 Colon Cancer.
This diagnosis has an average life expectancy of 5 years. The doctors said, It could be less for Mamita because of the many complications that she is facing now. In fact, we almost lost her several times fighting complications.
Mamita is still currently admitted in the Intensive Care Unit because of bleeding and other complications.
We, her family are remaining positive and working to give her the recommended treatment. Our fundraiser is to help cover the medical costs so we can continue to give her the best medical care that may help add longevity to her life.

This morning, we received another shattering update from Mamita's doctors, her initial diagnosis of Stage 2 Colon Cancer has spread and is now on Stage 4 :(
