Campaign Story
Hello and a pleasant day to you! This campaign was organized to raise funds to support my 12 yr old son, Charles Moreno for his need of a heart pacemaker. He was recently diagnosed with 3rd Degree AV complete heart block with Heart enlargement. He is very active, loving and full of life. He is a joy to be with and creates happiness wherever he goes. He loves to sing and dance too but due to his heart condition, he is unable to fully enjoy his childhood.
I am hoping that through your kindness and generosity, you can help him to not be always in a life-threatening condition and grow up as a happy and loving child that he is.
