My name is Lovell. I'm 34 years old, married, and a mother to two lovely kids: Veronica, who's 5 years old, and Rocket, who just recently turned 1 year old.
According to my sister and husband, on one morning in August 2017, I had three seizure attacks that lasted about 7 to 10 minutes each, which I have no memory of. Because I was 12 weeks pregnant with my son at that time, my Ob-Gyn ordered for an MRI Scan. The results came back showing a large mass of brain tumor.
Due to my illness and seizure tendencies, I have been on anti-convulsant medication and I'm not fit to work.
On February 2018, I gave birth to my son premature and with congenital pneumonia. He was in the ICU for a week. Therefore, the money we were saving for my brain surgery was used to cover for my son's medical needs instead. My husband is a full time employee, but because of extreme challenges, our income is just enough for basic living expenses.
I am currently admitted at East Avenue Medical Center in Quezon City, and scheduled for an open brain surgery. We are expecting that with this type of surgery, medical bills and doctors' professional fees will cost a lot.
As a mother and a wife, I am willing to do everything and anything to prolong my life for my family, most especially for my two very young children.
That is why I am knocking on your hearts asking for help through pledges and donations that will go towards my medical surgery procedure, aftercare, and rehabilitation costs. Our family will be grateful for any help we can receive.
