A Future Scientist

I have a friend by the name of Tony who is 11 years old.  He is in Grade Six, loves school, and despite having autism, works very hard to get on the honour roll.  His favourite subject is Science, and when he grows up he hopes to be either a Scientist, or a Doctor so he can help his Mum who is dealing with some serious health issues. He is a great big brother to his four younger siblings.  

This year he joined the Science Club at school, and in December the club is going on a trip which will include visits to several Science Museums as well as NASA.  He is SO excited!  They will be gone for more than a week.  This is a wonderful educational experience for him and will be something that he will remember for the rest of his life.  

Unfortunately his family does not have the financial resources to make this trip possible for him.  He will need to have $1000.00 by the end of October in order to pay for transportation, lodging, meals, admission to the venues, and a little spending money.  I have started this fundraiser to try to make this dream a reality for him.  It will give him inspiration for the future and you will be investing in the life of this very deserving young man.
