Of course everybody would say “I would definitely capture it!” And that is what I thought too, but then I had to face reality.

How many times did you have to say “no” to something because you could not afford it or because it was really difficult to get?

For me this is one of those times.

It was when I opened the mail and read:

“Dear Angelo,

We are very pleased to inform you that you have been selected out of
over 400 applicants to participate in the Global Entrepreneurship
Summer School in Shanghai from 12 to 18 September 2018.”

That I realized I had to put my whole self to capture this opportunity and don’t let it slip.

The Global Entrepreneurship Summer School (GESS) is a unique education program for young change agents. It is organized by the Social Entrepreneurship Akademie (SEA) in cooperation with six leading university-based entrepreneurship centers.

The young participants will work on solutions for the challenge within consumption in our society. (Here is the link to the program: https://globalsummerschool.org/gess/)

The program covers part of the expenses like accommodation and food but it doesn’t cover transportation costs and insurance costs and for me, I am a student, it is quite expensive: that’s why I need your help.
