A friend needs to move.

So, my best friend needs to move. He's 20 years old, lives in Germany (i live in Sweden) at his parents house and still has to go to school several years. In my opinion the german school-system is a complete disaster, and his mental state right now is at the bottom. He has no self-confidence in that he will ever complete his graduation. What he needs right now is something new and a surrounding that will put him on the right path. He's already gotten accepted at my school here in Sweden, but he needs some kind of standard to be able to live here for the first three years, until he can earn money on his own.

His parents will provide him with a little money per month, but it can get really tight financially, as places to live in and outside the city are becoming rarer and harder to get than before, especially small ones.
