hi not sure if anyone would think i am worthy of some help as i know lots out there are worse off than myself, here goes.. my so called mum lent me some money when my marriage broke down 6 yrs ago. i wasnt working at that time but i do work now. due to the breakdown i also aquired 2 other debts which i mange ok with paying, but my mum has taken me to court and now i have a bailiff agreement. i was paying her regularly with no late or missed payments every month. she wasntn happy..so bailiffs were involved even though when i recieved a pay rise i raised her payments. i was also sending postal orders as she has no bank acc. which was costing me more money . anyways, with bailiff fees i now owe double what the original loan was.( which was 2000) . i have increased this monthly amount again but as of next year she wants to double it. i still have my other bills to pay and if i dont agree then the bailifs will come again .. yet again see i have nothing of any value and lump another fee ontop of what i owe.. its a nasty circle she has me in and i cant pay anymore than what i have coming in. i am trying so hard but its now starting to make me feel ill. i am now starting to struggle. i dont do anything or go anywhere. she knows i have nothing to sell or for the bailiffs to take so charging me with more fees isnt helping her or myself.so all i am asking is help for the original amount she lent me. that will stop her wanting to increase payments i havent got. i thank you so much in even just reading this. xx
