I'm Harvey Gray Escoria from Taguig, Philippines. My wife's name is Rina an APAS warrior. I created this fundraising for my wife's CS-hysterectomy scheduled on the 15th of August 2019.
With her current pregnancy (5th) she was advised to do the same medication with her 3rd pregnancy like during her 1st trimester up to her 34th-week injecting heparin. On August 3, 2019, my wife was diagnosed with Placenta Percreta through MRI. Based on MRI, she is Placenta Previa Totalis. Her placenta is implanted on the right posterolateral myometrium and extending to the right retroperitoneal fat and right psoas muscle. Hopefully and declaring no major blood vessels were invaded by her placenta to avoid a bloody removal.
Her CS-hysterectomy is scheduled on the 15th of August 2019, 36 weeks.
I also would like to share our life experience before her 5th pregnancy. My wife's 1st and 2nd pregnancy were a miscarriage. In her 3rd pregnancy, she was diagnosed with APAS (Antiphospholipid Antibody Syndrome). We were requested a series of laboratory test and we have gone through 4 sessions of LIT (Lymphocyte Immunization Therapy) during the 1st trimester and some other procedures to save our baby boy. She gave birth at 35 weeks and he is now 3 years old.
On her 4th pregnancy, we again lost our baby and resulted in Placenta Accreta. Our OB referred us to another doctor and undergone a series of chemo shots (methotrexate) to remove the remaining placenta that was attached to the CS scar.
With this series of expenses, we are still recovering financially and lately to know the situation of my wife. I'm knocking all kind-hearted to please help me raise a fund to cover at least half of our expected expense.
God Bless everyone! Thank you very much in advance!
