Discrimination against one person of color, is discrimination against all African Americans and threatens our very existence; as there is a systematic push to get rid of those that speak out against the troubling trend; as we are labeled DISGRUNTLED, TROUBLE MAKERS and ANGRY employees.

Equal Opportunity is our Basic Human Right and a work environment that is said to have ZERO TOLERANCE for such behavior is no exception. The hate and intolerance for me and other African Americans is not only unfair and unethical, but it is racist. The common Practices that discriminates against African Americans or people of color is just another way of sticking a finger in an open wound, while abusing the power of their offices and position of authority; putting us African Americans at a disadvantage,

A work environment that is divisive, leaves many of us to confront the ever present challenges of dealing with Hate, Inequalities, Favoritism and the constant attacks on our existence as people of color. All I want is to be able to work in an environment free of harassment, bullying, racism, discrimination and not to be thrown back into a time where blatant discriminatory practices was the order of the day.
