Hello, my name is ricky stewart and my family needs help with finances. Let me give you a breif history of how we got this way.My wife and I gaind custody of my three kids, ages 11, 8 and 5. Their mother lost custody of them due to repeated cruelty and abuse. All three of them went to foster care.  We both went to Arkansas to get them. This means everything that parents accrue over time for their kids we had a week to buy. We have made several trips to go to court and do follow ups. I was paying child support to their mother durining the time she had custody. I lost my job because I missed to many days at work going back and forth to court. I used my 401k while I looked for another job with the same salery as I was making $36,000 a year.  I asked the court to have their mother pay child support but she said she couldn't afford it and the judge said she doesn't have to pay. I now make $300 a week and I am $700 behind on rent, $400 behind on my phone bill, $200 behind on car payment, $200 behind on electric bill. My car needs 4 new tires they are bald and we have to drive to arkansas at the end of this month. It also needs abs sensor and oxygen senors as well as an oil change. I have only have $200 in cash and I don't know where to put it. I still haven't paid my car inssurance. I have asked my family for help and they gave me what little they could. I have tried side jobs, online freelance jobs and my wife can't work because she is helping with the kids appointments for doctors and counseling for their abuse. Please help us. If you would like more information about my family email me at [email protected]
