I am in the middle of a family dispute which could have been amicably settled but has been taken to Court. The claimant has incurred £7000 in legal costs whilst mine are over £2000. I need to raise £2700 to pay for representation in the form of a Barrister for a hearing at the beginning of November. I have been advised that without this, my chances of winning are reduced. It seems unfair that I may lose because I cannot fund this myself. I only want what is fair.
