A Dollar for My Online Classes

Hi everyone! I'm Marriet Cobaldez, a sophomore at the University of the Philippines. Our online classes are going to really push through next week, despite our pleas for an academic freeze. This is my last resort to meet my goal to raise funds for my online classes. Everyone already knows that you need a decent laptop and an internet connection (perhaps a Wi-Fi) to be able to attend classes properly. I wouldn't be here if it weren't for the urgent need for the technology needed for online classes since I can make do with none during the "normal uni life" (I just had to be physically present for my classes).

I am an incoming second year university student taking up BS Mathematics and Science Teaching and I would really appreciate a dollar from you. I'm not asking for much but I thought that if 1000 person would be kind enough to give me a dollar, then I would reach that goal.

I have been a consistent honor student in High School and also in my first year of uni. I really know that I can graduate from the university with only hard work and perseverance but during these times someone really also needs to have a laptop and a stable internet connection.

Your dollar would be of much help for my education since I already am a scholar at the university (no tuition fee) which I am very grateful for because that's one less problem for me to worry about.
