a diabetic that needs help fast

I am a diabetic who is in need of financial help. I've had 5 surgeries since December 2012 and I have been out of work since September 2014 due to the ulcers on the bottoms of my feet. I've had 3 amputations and I can't get the ulcers to close up, so it's a strong possibility that infection will set in and I may lose both feet before it's said and done. My short-term disability ran out in November 2012 and I didn't get much from my 401(k) and i'm down to my last dollar. The reason I need the money is because i'm behind on bills and rent and i'm afraid i'll be out on the street. I don't have a lot of family and friends that I can turn to and that's why I need your help. Anything that you can give will be greatly appreciated. Thank You!
