A daughter’s plea for Roberto Guevarra heart bypass surgery

My father who has been diagnosed with diabetes since he was young seldom complains about his health until recently he had been complaining with chest pains. After a series of ins and outs from the hospital, his cardiologist recommended him to undergo Angiogram.

On July 20, 2016, our fear was confirmed. He was diagnosed with severe three vessel coronary artery disease and he was recommended to undergo revascularization via CABG (Coronary Artery Bypass Grafting) or simply known as the open heart surgery bypass.

My father doesn't have a source of income at the moment and he is depending on the family for support.

I would like to knock on your good heart to help us raise the funds for his surgery.
