A computer to help me start streaming

Hello Everyone,

I am Mark Emmanuel I know that this is a long shot but I am hoping that someone would get to read this. I never really wanted to resort to asking help from people, for I am that kind of person that likes to help rather than to be helped because I wouldnt like to burden anyone with my problems or troubles. But I feel like I am out of options.

two years ago I started working in an online teaching job, and I barely get by
In a span of 7 -8 mos I managed to save around 15,000 / 300usd to get myself a computer. Now I am hoping that i could upgrade my pc so that I could start streaming games and hopefully earn and start a living out of it.
