A College Student Needs Money for Educational Equipments

Hello. I'm a 21 yo Thai college student living and studying in Thailand. I'm currently studying Information Communication Technology. I have been planning to go for some Graphic Design certification course after I graduate. I need around 20k Baht (around 600USD) or more to buy educational equipments, such as a tablet with a stylus pen that I can create graphic designs on or a drawing tablet + a laptop. The thing is, here I only make like 8$ a day (yeah..) and I have bills to pay and also other living expenses. I wish I could follow my dream to be a graphic designer.
